TNT picked up a letter on 29th June for the UK. It was shown as collected on 30th June and expected arrival in the Uk was 3rd July. Have now been told it is stuck in Istanbul. This letter was time sensitive and had to get to the UK by 4th July. We are now into paying penalties and interest due to TNT's rubbish sevice!
